These ruins, from the Mogollon Indian culture that occupied the area around the 13th century, are located two miles north of Springerville on State Highway 60. The site displays distinct dwelling features such as the Great Kiva, astronomically aligned shrines, and petroglyphs. A museum displaying artifacts from the ancient tribe is located in downtown Springerville.
Museum open daily 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day; Guided tours of the ruins, originating from the museum, are offered at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 2:00 p.m..
